Regarding the Holiday Schedule:

1. The Measures for National Holidays and Memorial Days were formulated in accordance with Article 40 of the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China, revised and issued by the State Council on December 11, 2013, and effective as of January 1, 2014.

2. The specific holiday schedule for each year is announced in advance by the General Office of the State Council and can be found through official channels such as the Chinese Government website.

3. If an employee is required to work on a statutory holiday, they shall be paid no less than three times their regular wage. If an employee is required to work on a rest day and cannot be granted compensatory time off, they shall be paid no less than twice their regular wage.
