Usage

将茅根、冬瓜皮、生姜、红枣4味加水适量,煎熬成汤,去渣后,浓缩至1000毫升左右,放入鲜乌鱼(去肠),小火煮至鱼熟烂,加入冰糖、葱白。每日3次,分顿食之,喝汤食鱼。
