Introdução aos anos bissextos e meses bissextos:

1. O ano bissexto e o mês bissexto são dois conceitos distintos, pertencentes, respectivamente, aos métodos de cálculo do calendário solar (calendário gregoriano) e do calendário lunar (calendário agrícola).

2. O ano bissexto é um ano especial estabelecido no calendário gregoriano para manter a correspondência entre o ano civil e o ano astronômico. Em um ano bissexto, o mês de fevereiro tem 29 dias, enquanto em um ano comum ele tem apenas 28 dias.

3. O mês bissexto é um mês especial do calendário lunar chinês, estabelecido para ajustar a diferença de tempo entre o ano lunar e o ano solar. O calendário lunar é um calendário lunisolar, ou seja, combina as fases da lua com a posição do sol.

4. Um ano lunar geralmente tem 12 meses, mas em certos anos é inserido um mês adicional, o mês bissexto, fazendo com que esse ano tenha 13 meses.
