Utilização	将核桃仁加入适量的水浸泡半小时，洗净后，再加少许清水，用石磨将其磨成茸浆，装入容器中，再加适量的清水，稀释调匀。将山楂用水冲洗干净(山楂果宜拍破)，入锅内，加入适量清水，在中火上煎熬3次，每次20分钟，过滤去渣，取汁浓缩至约1000毫升。将锅洗净后，置火上，倒入山楂汁，加入白糖搅拌，待溶化后，再缓缓地倒入核桃浆，边倒边搅均匀，烧至微沸出锅装碗即成。可常饮用。
