Utilisation

将茶叶泡茶备用。莲子用温水浸泡5小时左右,捞出后放入砂锅中,加红糖和适量的水,煮烂后再加入茶水,即可饮用。每日1剂。

养心健脾,益肾固精。适用于肾炎,水肿等。本茶对肾炎水肿兼见血瘀证的患者有益,但要坚持饮用,方能见效。
