Introduction to the Video-to-GIF Converter:

1. This tool allows you to convert videos to GIFs online. It supports capturing specific areas of the video and extracting any segment of the video.

2. How to use the tool:

(1) First, upload the video you want to convert to a GIF via the upload portal.

(2) Click on the video area. You can drag the mouse to select the specific area of the video you want to capture; if no area is selected, the entire video screen will be captured by default.

(3) While playing the video, pause at the desired start or end point and click “Set as Start Time” or “Set as End Time” to define the start and end points.

(4) The “GIF Quality Control” feature allows you to adjust settings from low to high, which corresponds to the file size and quality of the generated GIF.

(5) Click "Generate Image" to create and preview the GIF, or download it to your device.

(6) This tool only supports converting videos in mp4, mov, webm, and m4v formats to GIFs.
