"What to Eat Today" is a practical online tool designed to help users quickly decide what to eat each day. It eliminates the daily struggle of deciding what to eat, making the meal selection process fast and easy.

1. Click the "Start" button, and the system will quickly cycle through food names.

2. Click the "Stop" button to pause the cycle, and you will see a food item randomly selected by the system.

3. After stopping, click the "Details" button to the right of the food name to view detailed information about that item.
