Utilisation	春夏季选用枸杞的嫩叶和嫩茎，洗净，用开水稍烫，捞出后滤干水分，切细，在阳光下晒干；放入铁锅内，用小火炒成黄褐色，装进容器，密封，备用。服用时，取枸杞叶6g，放入茶杯中,开水冲泡即可。也可在茶中加入少量甜味剂。
Fonction	补虚益精，清热止渴，祛风明目。适用于虚劳发热，热毒疮肿，烦渴，障翳夜盲，崩漏带下等，且可用于抗衰老，强身壮体。
