将陈皮用水洗净,撕成小块,放入杯内,用开水沏,焖好;将泡焖的陈皮汁倒出,汁内加白糖搅匀即可。可当茶饮用。

顺气,止咳,化痰,健胃,消暑,去瘟。适用于脾虚胃弱,咳嗽气喘者,此外还可以使皮肤健美。少女饮用最宜。
