Introduction to the Stainless Steel Sheet Weight Calculator:

1. This tool calculates the weight of stainless steel square tubes based on their length, the side length of the cross-section, and the wall thickness.

2. Calculation Logic:

(1) Internal side length = External side length - (Wall thickness * 2);

(2) Cross-sectional area = External cross-sectional area - Internal cross-sectional area;

(3) Volume = Cross-sectional area * Length;

(4) Weight = Volume * Density;

3. Regarding the density of stainless steel:

(1) The density of grades such as 201, 202, 301, 302, 304, 304L, 305, and 321 is approximately 7.93 g/cm³.

(2) The density of grades such as 309S, 310S, 316, 316L, and 347 is approximately 7.98 g/cm³.

(3) The density of grades such as 405, 410, and 420 is approximately 7.75 g/cm³.

(4) The density of steel grades such as 409, 430, and 434 is approximately 7.7 g/cm³.

(5) The density of chromium stainless steel is approximately 7.75 g/cm³.

4. Note: These calculation results are for reference only; please use actual calculations as the final basis.
