古九州,今改制。

古代的时候,把中国分成九个州,但是现在行政区划已经重新改过了,不再是古时候那个九州的分法了。

中国的行政区划是随着时代发展而变化的。此话指出古代有“九州”的说法,但到了后世,这种划分方式已经被新的行政区划制度所取代。这体现了历史变迁和制度演进的观念。
