Stopwatch timing tool

1. Click the "Start" button to begin timing.

2. Once timing has started, each click of the "Count" button will record the current elapsed time.

3. This timer can record up to 99 counts.

4. Click the "Stop" button to stop the timer.

5. Click the "Reset" button to reset the timer to zero and clear the count data.
