2. Rules for converting dates to Chinese characters:

(1) Year: Replace the number directly with the corresponding Chinese character. For example, "2025" is converted to "贰零贰伍年."

(2) Month: For months 1 through 12, a leading zero is added, e.g., "one month from now," "February," "Zero One Month," "One month," and "Twelve Months."
