Einführung in die PPT-Tastenkombinationen:

1. Word ist eine weit verbreitete Textverarbeitungssoftware, die von Microsoft entwickelt wurde und eine der Kernkomponenten der Microsoft Office-Suite darstellt.

2. Word bietet zahlreiche Funktionen zum Erstellen, Bearbeiten, Formatieren, Drucken und Teilen von Dokumenten.

3. Wenn Sie die Tastenkombinationen in Word gut beherrschen, können Sie bei der Arbeit mit Word viel Zeit sparen.

4. Mit diesem Tool können Sie nach den Tastenkombinationen für die jeweiligen Funktionen suchen.

CTRL+I Skew the text (with the target selected).
CTRL+Q Align both sides (no first line indent), (with the target selected) or place the cursor at the end of the paragraph of the target text.
CTRL+J Alignment of ends (same operation as above)
CTRL+E Centering (same operation as above)
CTRL+R Right-aligned (same operation as above)
CTRL+K Insert Hyperlink
CTRL+T/Y Indentation of the first line is possible (move the cursor to the end of the paragraph to be indented, or select the paragraph to be indented).
Ctrl+A (Ctrl+number 5 on keypad) Check the full text.
Ctrl+B Bold the selected text (press again to cancel the bolding).
Ctrl+C Copy the selected text to the clipboard.
Ctrl+D Open the "Font" dialog box to quickly complete the various settings of the font.
Ctrl+E Centers the text on the line where the cursor is located.
Ctrl+F Open the Find and Replace dialog box and position it on the Find tab.
Ctrl+G Open the Find and Replace dialog box and position it on the Locate tab.
Ctrl+H Open the Find and Replace dialog box and position it on the Replace tab.
Ctrl+I Skew the selected text (press again to cancel the skew).
Ctrl+K The Insert Hyperlink dialog box opens.
Ctrl+Shift+L Add a "bullet" to the text on the line where the cursor is located.
Ctrl+M Also add first line and hanging indent.
Ctrl+Shift+M Also reduce first line and hanging indentation.
Ctrl+N Create a new empty document.
Ctrl+O(Ctrl+F12) Open the Open dialog box.
Ctrl+P(Ctrl+Shift+F12) Open the Print dialog box.
Ctrl+R Right-aligns the text on the line where the cursor is located.
Ctrl+S Open the Save As dialog box for a new document or save the current document.
Ctrl+T Increase first line indentation.
Ctrl+Shift+T Reduce first line indentation.
Ctrl+U Underline the selected text (press again, underlined last year).
Ctrl+V Paste the text or picture from the clipboard to the cursor. If there is more than one item in the clipboard, the last item is pasted to the cursor.
Ctrl+X Cut the selected text to the clipboard.
Ctrl+Z Undo the operation just performed (can be used multiple times).
Ctrl+0 Add 12 pounds of spacing before each paragraph of the selected text.
Ctrl+1 If the line spacing of the selected text is not "single-spaced", then it will be quickly set to "single-spaced".
Ctrl+2 Set the line spacing of the selected text to "double spaced".
Ctrl+5 Set the line spacing of the selected text to "1.5 times spaced".
Ctrl+F2 Quickly performs the "Print Preview" function.
Ctrl+F4 Close the current document.
Ctrl+F5 Returns the window to the state it was in before it was maximized.
Ctrl+Shift+F5 Open the Bookmarks dialog box.
Ctrl+Shift+F8 Activates the column selection function, commonly known as selecting vertical blocks of text (press again or press the ESC key to cancel the function).
Ctrl+F9 Insert a field notation "{}" at the cursor (note that a pair of curly braces entered directly cannot be used as a field notation).
Ctrl+F5 Returns the window to the state it was in before it was maximized (pressing it again will maximize the window again).
Ctrl+Deltet Delete an English word or a Chinese word behind the cursor (can be used repeatedly).
Ctrl+Backspace Delete an English word or a Chinese word in front of the cursor (can be used repeatedly).
Ctrl+Enter Moves the content behind the cursor to the next page quickly.
Ctrl+End Quickly move the cursor to the end of the text.
Ctrl+Home (or Ctrl+Page Up) Quickly move the cursor to the beginning of the text.
Ctrl+Insert+Insert (i.e. press Insert twice) Quickly open or change the state of the Task Pane to the Clipboard.
Ctrl+~ Open the "Online Word Creation" function of Chinese Input Method.
Ctrl++ Quickly switches to the subscript input state (press again to return to normal).
Ctrl+Shift++ Quickly switches to the superscript input state (press again to return to normal).
Ctrl+→ Move the cursor backward in intervals of English words or Chinese words.
Ctrl+← Moves the cursor forward at intervals of English words or Chinese words.
Ctrl+J Text alignment at both ends
Ctrl+L left justification of text (computing)
Ctrl+Q Paragraph reset
Ctrl+W Close the current document
Ctrl+Y Repeat the previous operation (some operations are not applicable)
