Conversion of birth characters

1. The Eight Characters of Birth, also known as the Four Pillars of Destiny, is a method used in traditional Chinese astrology to predict an individual’s fate and personality.

2. Composition of the BaZi:

① Year Pillar: Represents the year of birth and consists of one Heavenly Stem and one Earthly Branch.

② Month Pillar: Represents the month of birth, also consisting of one Heavenly Stem and one Earthly Branch.

③ Day Pillar: Represents the day of birth, consisting of one Heavenly Stem and one Earthly Branch.

④ Hour Pillar: Represents the time of birth, consisting of one Heavenly Stem and one Earthly Branch.

3. There are ten Heavenly Stems: Jia, Yi, Bing, Ding, Wu, Ji, Geng, Xin, Ren, and Gui.

4. There are twelve Earthly Branches: Zi, Chou, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Wu, Wei, Shen, You, Xu, and Hai.
